2. Upload clear photographic or scanned proof of purchase (sales receipt) showing: the retailer name, purchase date, Eligible Products purchased (including model numbers), quantities, and total amount paid
3. Enter the model number for each Eligible Product. If the model number is not shown in the list below, enter it manually.
4. Upload a clear photograph of the serial number for each Eligible Product. The serial number must be legible. If the serial number is illegible, unclear, or not provided, the claim may be deemed invalid. ( How to find product code and serial number )
